## Qualifications
Required Skills
Licensed per state and local requirements for Home Security and Fire Alarm (as required)
Must successfully pass criminal background check and pre-employment motor vehicle and drug screen; valid state driver's license
Able to perform installation of concealed devices and wiring
Working knowledge of equipment application, compatibility, mounting techniques, and testing
Able to read diagrams and blueprints
Basic understanding of local and national codes

literate; strong networking experience preferred
Experience selling equipment and service upgrades
Ability to work independently
Ability to remain focused and effectively multi-task within a fast-paced & dynamic environment
Ability to troubleshoot and conduct diagnostics to successfully problem solve under pressure
Motivated team player with positive attitude and desire to learn and deliver high-quality work
Strong customer service skills and genuine desire to interact with customers; professional appearance
_Education_
High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical school training is a plus.
_Experience_
Prefer a minimum of three (3) years' experience performing security & alarm installations and
Service. Prior dispatch, training or supervisory experience, a plus.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
