We are looking for an engineer with wastewater design experience and preferably with experience with the Louisville Metropolitan Sewer District.
Privately held company providing professional Building, Fire and Safety Consulting Services to Cities and Counties to verify conformation with State of Indiana adopted building codes. Currently seeking a full-time experienced Wastewater Engineer.
Company is seeking a Design Engineer/Project Manager to join their Louisville Office. The ideal candidate will have 6
years of civil engineering design experience specific to municipal utility work and/or civil site work, including progressive management duties. Responsibilities will include assisting and supporting junior level staff on current and upcoming projects, managing projects throughout the office, and assisting with marketing and business development activities. Experience with Louisville Metropolitan Sewer District is a plus.
Candidates will also be considered who have strong solid waste or aviation backgrounds.
Desired Skills &
Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering required.
Licensed Professional Engineer in Kentucky or ability to obtain

years of successful project experience within a consulting engineering firm
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Louisville Metropolitan Sewer District design standards, procedures and specifications is preferred
Bottom Line Requirements:
1. Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. PE in Kentucky or ability to obtain.
3. 6
years of successful project experience within a consulting engineering firm.
4. Local or close enough for a short easy move.
