Field Technician Specialist will provide a multitude of support functions in a professional and timely manner by listening carefully to customers, service technicians and members of management.
The functioning categories include:
o Building trust with Technicians and Customers by providing repair part solutions
o Prescreening service orders using Diagnostic content or knowledge
o Using Inventory Management techniques to ensure lowest cost solutions
o Auditing solutions given to ensure accuracy

Responsibilities:
To focus on the customer, the Pre-Screen Specialist must:
o Reviews individual customer service orders to locate opportunities to ship parts in advance that will enhance a single trip resolution.
o Communicates well with customers as well as technicians.
o Takes incoming telephone calls from Internal or External customers requesting parts resolution research.
o Works to create open communication between district support manager, routing, technical managers and technicians to resolve customer issues quickly.
o Ability to quickly transition and adapt to repair variation
o Assists other departments and associates with parts supply information and knowledge.
o Assures adherence to all ISO policies and procedures.
o Sells repair parts based on customer requests as needed with business understanding of sales practices.
o Finds new solutions and quickly disseminate to fellow team members and technical assistance.
o Monitors truck stock levels for current field deployed stock and use data to make informed decisions.
o Regularly communicates with technical assistance teams and understand common parts terms and service requests.
o Audits service orders previously closed to monitor parts use and find common diagnostic solutions.
o Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
o Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Experience/Education Requirements:
o High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
o Must be at least 18 years of age
o Experience with service provider, appliance parts, technical knowledge or similar preferred
o Previous customer service experience preferred
o Must be able to pass the pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
o Knowledge of internet-based applications
o Experience and aptitude with computers and databases

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
