Job Description:
Design and develop solutions to system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions. Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information. Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture. Will specialize in supporting, developing, configuring and maintaining all aspects of proprietary applications. Use internal operations and business systems processes to provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures to users in the area of automated systems. Collaborate with engineers and software developers to select appropriate design solutions or ensure the compatibility of system components. Will support Baan, RP and/or Flex Flow applications; ensure Service Level Agreements are fulfilled and the application users have a professional and satisfying system support experience; maintain existing code on select applications and reports; contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways; and write functional and technical specifications for developers. Will also participate in implementation projects and user training, as well as provide assistance to internal and external end users to identify, research, and resolve technical problems.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems or closely related field or foreign equivalent, and five years of experience in the job offered or in Manufacturing Execution Systems or Shop Floor Control Systems.
Special Requirements: Requires experience in: 1) Manufacturing Execution System used to systematically manage repair, configuration and manufacturing activities; 2) SQL query/report support, writing and debugging 3) Application to Application (A2A) interface support, configuration, development and debugging.
