Extensive XenApp experience - XenApp 6.5 and above
Excellent Communication Skills - will be working with end users and need to be able to effectively communicate with them to solve their issues
Strong troubleshooting skills - will be on high profile troubleshooting bridges and will be leading the conversation to bring resolution

Web Interface/Storefront experience
NetScaler / Access Gateway experience
Microsoft AD familiarity (group policy, privilege assignment, inheritance, domain architecture, intra-domain communications, etc.)
Scripting or programming proficiency (VB, Powershell, C++, C#) for both stand-alone and web-based operations
Familiar and able to work within change control procedures
Large AD and Citrix farm/infrastructure administration skills and good understanding of roles of all involved components
