Sr. IT Business Analyst

Coordinate between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to support business and user needs.
Assist in business process redesign and documentation as needed.
Extracts data for consolidated reporting for Operations, Billing and Clinical areas.
Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements.
Evaluates new IT developments and evolving business requirements, and recommends appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements to current systems.
May Design, Develop and/or Implement dashboards, reporting or ad hoc queries
Quality Assurance checking of all data and calculations
Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA.
Other duties as assigned; Job duties may vary by location.
Minimum (Required):
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field; OR equivalent work experience.
3-5 years of business analysis experience.
Good understanding of technological trends.
Strong technical aptitude
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proven ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Knowledge of dispensing systems or pharmacy desired
Knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases
Physical Demands: May sit, stand, stoop, bend and walk intermittently during the day. May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed. Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required. May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion. Visual acuity to see and read fine prints. Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
