This person will be responsible for traveling from the office to local construction sites.
While there, the technician will gather concrete and soil samples.
They will bring samples back to lab to be analyzed by lab personnel.
50% of work will be in field - the other 50% will be writing reports and analyzing samples in the lab.
Our ideal candidate will have a Geology/Environmental Science OR Construction background.
This position is a Monday - Friday role, however during the busier times, candidate is expected to work on Saturdays.
Shift is generally 7am - 4pm, but start times vary based on project they will be sampling.
This position is currently working 60 hours a week, you must be okay with working overtime.
Must be okay working outside on construction sites, in varying weather conditions, and at various times of day/morning.
