Responsibilities include project management, scheduling of work, ensuring job site safety, and coordination with all trades.
Must be able to manage day to day field work to ensure completion of projects in a timely manner and within budget.
Will attend progress meetings as required and complete necessary paperwork as needed such as daily job logs.
Some travel may be required.
Prefer five years of experience overseeing commercial construction projects.
The candidate must be a self-starter with a positive attitude and have strong managerial and communication skills.
Must have familiarity with computers; proficiency in Microsoft office products is preferred.
Salary is competitive based on experience.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
