Essential Functions:
Review project plans and/or proposal and develop a plan for completing the project on time and within budgetManage all project personnel, activities, equipment and subcontractorsDirect SuperintendentsProvide a safe work site for each projectUpdate weekly/monthly project schedulesProvide hands on assistance with field work/activities at timesPrimary liaison between Hall Contracting and the project owner's representativesCoordinate and attend meetings with the project owner's representativesAbide by Company Safety Program and Policies in performing duties safelyCommunicate, update and report to the Highway Division ManagerCompetencies Communications - ability to communicate with all levels of company, project and field personnelLeadership - ability to motivate project personnel, set achievable objectives, maintain a positive outlook, take responsibility, make decisions, and provide constructive feedbackEnvironmental, Health and Safety Management:
