Full Time Technical/Functional Skills:
Knowledge of various audio visual, videoconferencing, Internet (IT) and streaming technologies including CISCO and Poly CODECs, ZOOM videoconferencing, Epiphan Pearl encoders, WOWZA streaming services, Orion/SolarWinds and Systrack monitoring software.
Work experience in ZOOM meeting platform (Meeting/Webinar/Events Support, troubleshooting meeting audio/video issues, Managing meeting status through dashboard, coordinating with Vendor for any major outages etc.

) Need to support ZOOM meetings/Events (for Town-halls) and troubleshoot the Meeting issues (Like:
users having issues in joining meetings, Audio/Video issues during meeting, Streaming issues) Should know the Vendor co-ordination (working with CISCO, Poly and ZOOM) Good to have some skills on automating the regular Reporting Tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities Knowledge of various audio visual, videoconferencing, Internet (IT) and streaming technologies including CISCO and Poly CODECs, ZOOM videoconferencing, Epiphan Pearl encoders, WOWZA streaming services, Orion/SolarWinds and Systrack monitoring software.
