Learn various insurance company websites, applications and insurance software.
Become proficient in insurance price quoting and procedures, handling incoming quote calls and internet leads, building rapport with customers and problem solve, closing and completing sales and needed follow-up, setup and maintain files.
Job Requirements:
A Kentucky or Indiana P&C insurance license with ANY insurance office experience.
Experience with EZLynx software is a HUGE plus! Minimum high school graduate, confident, teachable and friendly self-starter who listens well, compatible with co-workers, can work independently and has excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Have a good personality, be punctual, detail oriented, accurate, efficient, possess strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills.
Good communication and computer skills including Windows PC, PDF, Outlook, WORD and other Microsoft Office products Compensation- $35,000-$45,000 salary to start based upon qualifications with growth opportunity for $60,000 or more as you become more proficient and successful.
