Your Role:
As a Corporate Engineer - Strategic Projects, you will be a key contributor in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for Reynold's Consumer Product's manufacturing operations.
Your role will include working with Reynold Consumer Products' Sales, Marketing, Quality, and Procurement teams, and our manufacturing plants.

You will have the opportunity to:
Modify our existing manufacturing processes to allow for product and packaging improvements.
Work with equipment suppliers to develop manufacturing processes for new products.
Identify, scope, and implement projects to improve our manufacturing operation's safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability including plant expansions and modernizations.
Identify and implement new technologies to be used to improve our manufacturing operations.
Build strong partnerships with new and existing equipment suppliers.
Develop project scopes of work, cost estimates, and project schedules.
Help implement large strategic capital projects from start to finish.
Work with engineering firms to create construction packages including specifications and drawings.
Assist with project construction activities including installation, startup, troubleshooting, and training.
Act as a consultant providing expertise on construction and manufacturing processes.
Travel to and work with multiple manufacturing facilities within Reynolds.
Ultimately, you will be an expert resource for all things electrical in our plant and will also make suggestions for improving our efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

years of professional and progressive engineering experience in a design or manufacturing environment.
3
years of project management experience.
MS Office and AutoCAD experience required.
Demonstrated high level competencies of engineering concepts.
Technical aptitude required.
Ability to generate and effectively maintain Gantt charts.
Ability to estimate and control project costs and provide monthly spending updates.
Understanding of and ability to troubleshoot PLC Control Systems.
Familiarity with Medium and Low Voltage Distributions Systems.
Interface with equipment vendors and contractors to troubleshoot and resolve startup issues.
Ability to travel (30%).
Icing on the cake:
Professional Engineering License.
Experience in packaging equipment design / operation.
Experience in annealing, casting, rolling, and or separating/strip handling.
Experience in construction.
