Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
Efficiently manage the CEO's active calendar, ensuring appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements are well-organized.
Confidentiality:
Serve as a trusted gatekeeper for the CEO, handling sensitive correspondence and matters with discretion and professionalism.
Issue Resolution:
Research and address incoming issues, demonstrating sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.
Relationship Building:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, acting as a key liaison to streamline communication.
CEO Support:
Assist the CEO in staying informed about commitments, responsibilities, and environmental issues.
Administrative Duties:
Handle various administrative tasks, including mail management, reporting, and program support.
Management Team Liaison:
Act as a liaison for the Management Team, participating in meetings and coordinating agendas.
Strategic Initiatives:
Support strategic initiatives by following up on CEO contacts and cultivating relationships that contribute to our mission.
HR Functions:
Contribute to human resources functions, including onboarding and payroll processing.
Qualifications:
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or related role.
Education:
An Associate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
