, an award-winning and fast-growing company, is looking for a Lead Architect to manage a community development project.
A successful candidate must have a strong work ethic, communication skills, and integrity.
We are looking for someone with a Project Management and Architectural background with lots of experience to utilize in this position.
Job
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept development through construction completion.
Act as owner's representative providing consultation on design, timelines, and contractors for various projects.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.
Help conceptualize and create narratives to ensure clients' visions become reality.
Develop design concepts, prepare sketches, drawings, and models, and present proposals to clients for approval.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
Work closely with owners and design team to integrate designs and coordinate activities.
Develop project plans, outlining scope, objectives, and assigned tasks.
Estimate project costs, develop budgets, and track expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Collaborating with client and CEI designated team members allocate personnel and teams to efficiently meet project requirements.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to minimize disruptions and delays.
Facilitate communication among project team members, clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
Collaborating with client and CEI designated team members manage procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and oversee contract administration.
Minimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Relevant professional licensure or certification (e.
g.
, registered architect, PMP).
Proficiency in architectural design software (e.
g.
, AutoCAD, Revit) and project management software.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction techniques.
Extensive experience in project management, preferably in construction or engineering.
Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices.
Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical documentation.
