Provide total on-site coordination for all sizes and phases of Multi-Family, adaptive re-use, light commercial, heavy commercial, and renovation construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.
Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.
Qualifications:
Minimum of (5) years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily renovations and ground-up builds.
Proficient Blueprint reading a must.
