Humana is seeking a Senior Cloud Architect (ServiceNow HRSD) that:
Provides ServiceNow support for HRSD and LSD modulesContributes to HRSD product roadmap, backlog and OKR developmentParticipates in turn activities, PPV testing and instance managementParticipates in technical governance activities.
Supports project implementations and coordinates operational readiness activities as neededEvaluates data from incoming incidents and looks for patterns that would drive process or technical improvements to help the businessAbility to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the organizationInteracts with product engineering, quality, manufacturing and marketing teams to analyze and provide technical support to help resolve customers' product related problems/issues.
Ability to maintain project plans and communicate updatesAbility to work well under changing deadlines and prioritiesExperience with business process mapping and the use of project management softwareExperience thriving in ambiguous software development environmentsSupports product evaluation and qualification on leading edge technology components.

$126,800 - $174,500 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
