Assignment : Guidance Centers Innovation & New Business Development
Location: Louisville, KY HUM Tower
Assignment Capsule: Humana needs your analytical skills to help our members bridge the gap between Health and Care. Through the gathering and interpretation of data, you support the monitoring of success of Humana s retail assets (Stand Alone Guidance Centers and Guidance Center Lite Locations) and support reporting to senior leadership. As a member of the Guidance Center team under Marketing, you will be supporting business strategy that directly affects Humana s members on a daily basis at over 26 retail locations.
Humana is seeking a Project Manager to perform the following activities:
Data Analysis Collect multi-faceted data, analyze information and drive decisions. You will be directly responsible for the following assignments:
Using Guidance Center Manager visitation tool/database and Qlickview management to collect and analyze visitation related to Innovation initiatives
Own data pulls, quality and execution for Innovation
Support market mapping software (Maptitude); used to create detailed market membership maps that help to evaluate location viability and performance.
As needed, support the development of business case PowerPoint decks that provide performance reviews of retail locations, and provide analytical insights as required by assignment
Project Management Project manages multiple Guidance Center Innovation initiative across multiple markets.
Schedule and facilitate regular meetings with key partners to ensure execution of initiatives
Identify challenges and recommend possible solutions
Maintain meeting notes/action items and follow up directly with appropriate parties where needed
Prepare status decks for leadership on an ad hoc basis
Innovation Assist in the develop of Guidance Center initiatives
Work with various internal stakeholders to evaluate new opportunities
Help create initial conceptual decks to facilitate understanding with key stakeholders
Problem solve as it relates to operational challenges
Work to develop business cases and operating plans for scaling of successful pilots
Lead operations on the ground from time to time in conjunction with field team
Role reports to Guidance Center Innovation / Specials Projects Director Role Essentials
Bachelor s degree
Project management skills and experience (2 years)
Strong analytical skills (SQL, Access, and Excel skillset preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (PowerPoint expertise preferred)
Detail oriented, but comfortable with the big picture
Ability to self-manage multiple priorities, and work cross-functionally across the organization
Ability deal with ambiguity and identify and resolve barriers to performance
Role Desirables
Knowledge of Humana s internal policies, procedures and systems
