Experience:
One year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as:
using an automated maintenance support system (i.e. Facilities Equipment and Maintenance (FEM) tracking production, maintenance and workload for civil works infrastructure projects, assisting managers or customers with maintenance priority schedule, coordinating items associated with a work order program, analyzing system effectiveness elevating and/or resolving project or system discrepancies identified. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education:
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as engineering, industrial arts, property management, or business administration. OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. to compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. Experience:
One year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service which is defined as:
serving as a liaison conducting organizational analyses of statistical data, elevating issues, providing advice on system policies or business process improvements, workload tracking and critical project delays using an automated workload and project maintenance system (i.e. FEM) for navigation facilities and civil works infrastructure projects, and providing guidance to and coordinating the efforts of multiple users of an automated workload and project management system. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job if applying at the GS-12 level, you must meet the qualification requirement using specialized experience alone as identified above--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
