Responsibilities
- Working as part of a dedicated team delivering first class service to dealers and customers
- Provide technical support to our North American Dealer Network
- Assisting with customer enquiries on parts & warranty
- Cooperate with product group engineers and quality team to ensure products are manufactured and delivered to the highest quality standards
- Cooperate with product group engineers to develop performance and test criteria for new products and product upgrades
- To investigate and resolve customer problems in a timely manner
- Travelling through North America to locations of dealers and customers
- Carrying out maintenance and servicing of Terex Washing Systems product line
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years field service experience, preferably within the heavy manufacturing industry
- Good general mechanical and electrical maintenance skills
- Working knowledge of Diesel-Hydraulic and electro-Hydraulic systems
- Have the ability to read drawings and technical publications
- Able to work effectively across a range of cultures
- Hold a valid clean drivers license and valid passport
- Be computer literate in the usual range of Microsoft Products
