This position reports to the Corporate HR Director, is a member of the Corporate HR team, and serves as the HR Leader for the Parker Service Center (PSC) organization within the Supply Chain Function. The PSC network includes eighteen Parker Distributor and/or Value-Added Service Center locations within the United States ranging in team member count from less than 5 to nearly 200 team members at each location and is critical in serving customers with consolidated shipments and providing customer-specific products rapidly to meet customer demand. Your Role The major responsibilities for this role include partnering with the Supply Chain Manager and other members of the leadership team to improve organizational capability, drive culture change, define and develop strategies for local talent recruitment, resolve employee relations issues, and contribute to the achievement of the strategic and operating plan objectives. To be successful in this role, you will be a:
Strategic Partner - understanding and involvement in business issues, participation in business task forces, provide program management of workforce planning, skills assessment, succession planning, learning and development, champion of company culture and management practices. Administrative Expert - continuous improvement and automation of HR processes such as benefits administration, employee record keeping, recruitment/staffing process, occupational health/safety, compensation/pay activities. Employee Champion - champion employee communication programs that provide employees open, candid and frequent information-sharing with management, develop employee involvement systems, develop self-directed teams, ensure work environment provides opportunity for celebration and openness. Provide due process to associates to deal with differences, development of employee skills, SOP development and performance management development systems. Change Agent - act as liaison for leading change, create understanding among associates about the need to change, and how change will help them and the business in the short and long term, assist in the modification of systems and structures to support needed change, monitor progress by developing measures for change and develop long and short term plans to keep attention focused on change. Your Profile Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources; an advanced degree or Human Resources certification preferred. Minimum of 8
years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience is required Understanding of HR related laws, including, but not limited to, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Title 7, Age Discrimination Act, and state law statutes. Experience supporting a matrixed global multi-national company is preferred Familiarity with a manufacturing environment and/or network of Supply Chain distribution centers helpful. Occasional travel will be required for facility visits to deliver and/or facilitate training, participate in meetings, and resolve employee relations issues. Experience in maintaining a nonunion presence or in the administration of a collective bargaining agreement including grievance investigation, responses and participation in contract negotiations desirable.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
HR Management, HR Generalists & Business PartnersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
