Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering customer questions, conducting web research and sending out an emails.
We're looking for well-rounded individuals who enjoy working in a self-directed manner, is detail oriented and also has a sense of humor.
Responsibilities:
Identify and communicate customer's needs to appropriate personnel.
Process customer orders and track orders during the process.
Speak with customers over the phone and in person.
Establish rapport with customers.
Know how to use various business software systems related to customer order processing.
Perform data entry.
Manage customer accounts and records.
Pay:
$29,008.
90 - $73,496.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
