Responsibilities The Digital Product organization inside of CenterWell pharmacy (previously branded - Humana Pharmacy - ) is a highly matrixed group of professionals who work closely together while enjoying the benefits of both widespread collaboration and clear individual accountability.
This role is a key member of a digital product team that leads effort to vision, plan and deliver a roadmap of capabilities to transform our digital pharmacy experiences.
This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, digital product managers, digital product owners, designers, engineers, analysts, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure our products meet the ongoing and maturing needs of our current and future customers.
The focus of this role is currently on delivering value to CenterWell Pharmacy patients and customers through the optimization and enhancement of onsite and in-app search experiences.
As consumer expectations and business priorities change, this role may also lead similar efforts for other digital products.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Maintain a deep understanding of the needs and goals of consumers and business to develop requirements, data and features needed to deliver a best-in-class digital experience Develop the product vision and roadmap for existing and new digital products or multiple feature sets, including functionality, performance, results criteria, evolution, and lifecycle Assess the business and consumer impact of various options and effectively balance tradeoffs between business and customer needs, technology requirements, time, and budget to deliver compelling solutions Establish and advance success measures, product and feature KPIs and OKRs, and regularly monitor and adjust execution strategy to achieve Leverage user experience design thinking and Agile/SAFe methodologies to deliver and create an intuitive product experience Lead cross-functional teams through influence versus direct management Provide input to the broader, related pharmacy business operations and technology roadmaps Leverage user experience design thinking and Agile/SAFe methodologies to deliver and create an intuitive product experience Collaborate with experience design, engineering, sales, product, legal, and customer support teams to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, market validate, and launch new product ideas and innovations Structure and lead meetings, clearly communicate expectations, and ensure stakeholders are adequately updated on progress and milestones REQUIRED SKILLS Strategic planning:
Candidates must have the ability to see the big picture and use that ability to set plans and goals for cross-functional teams.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to navigate through disruptive technologies, new competitors, and fast-changing customer expectations to create a product strategy that is backed by data and consumer needs.
Value Determination and Prioritization:
Candidates must have excellent skills assessing value and understanding feasibility to determine how to sequence the product roadmap.
This includes prioritization at multiple altitudes including epic, feature and story roadmaps and backlogs.
Curiosity and Empathy:
Curiosity and a human-centered approach will drive candidates to find relevant data and turn it into information that can help improve their products.
Candidates will be consumer-obsessed and driven to have proven solutions to consumer problems before adding work to the product roadmap.
Data Obsessed:
Candidates must demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how users leverage products and determine optimization opportunities.
Candidates must demonstrate advanced skill reading and interpreting multiple product analytics sets to improve digital product performance.
Communication:
Candidates must be able to inform and influence across multiple audiences through clear, concise materials that create shared understanding of the requirements, contribution/performance, and importance of the digital work.
Demonstrating these skills involves conveying information in a simple, easy to understand manner without losing the core message.
Required
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field 10
years of product management experience, digital product experience is preferred 5
of those years managing onsite search experience/appliances is strongly preferred Natural leadership instincts with proven ability to innovate and influence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making in a workshop setting Excellent organization skills Comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Digital experience (web, mobile, social and ecommerce) Preferred
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in related field Experience with Adobe Analytics Experience with Tealium Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud #LI-ER1 Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Not Specified 0.
