6 Full-time 20 hours ago Full Job Description The Data Reporting Analyst understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
Follows established guidelines/procedures.
This role will produce recurring and ad hoc reports dealing with all lines of business across Humana to determine the access and availability of our provider network.
Responsibilities Systems thinker - Highly analytical with the ability to break down a problem and recommend pragmatic solutions Prioritization - Able to execute on projects within prescribed timelines in an environment with competing demands Data - The ability to process data, present relevant views to different stakeholders, and predict and forecast trends/insights Tools - A curiosity to experiment with and evaluate new tools to impact how we work Required Qualifications 2 or more years of technical experience in data reporting analysis Proficiency in Excel (reporting data, pivots, formulas, etc.
) and SQL Experience analyzing data to create data visualizations that drive strategic direction Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ambitious and motivated to drive results Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple or competing priorities Ability to build relationships and gain the confidence of key stakeholders and team members Proficiency in understanding healthcare related data Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Advanced technical acumen and experience with SQL or other relational database experience Experience utilizing Power BI, SSIS, and other reporting/data tools Project management experience Work-At-Home Requirements Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
