Check guests in/out in a timely/professional manner.
Escort arriving and departing guests in a courteous manner to and from guestrooms.
Inform guests about Hotel amenities and area attractions in a confident, friendly and outgoing manner.
Frequent lifting, pulling carts, bending and standing while working outdoors throughout the entire shift.
Requirements include:
Prior experience at a property of similar caliber and a polished professional appearance.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays and possess exceptional phone manners, customer service and organizational skills.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment; prior hotel experience is a definite plus but not required.
NOTE:
This position involves the safe valet parking of guest vehicles and operation of the hotel's airport shuttle - must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
