Front desk/customer service experience preferred.
This person will be involved in patient interaction by answering phones, making appointments, insurance approval/prior authoizations/filing/review of EOBs, accounts payable and receivable, and using the practice management software, all while greeting patients.
This person will be responsible for all patient, doctor and referring doctor/practice interaction, outside of the surgical procedure.
In order to achieve this, the person must have a positive attitude, the ability to multitask and to work well with others is a must.
This person must be pleasant, detail oriented, have the ability to work closely and fit-in with their co-workers, possess professional telephone manners, be organized, reliable, punctual, and be friendly with a positive attitude.
Dental experience necessary and must be willing to learn.
