5 Quick Apply Full-time 5 hours ago Full Job Description Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm in all 50 States, has an immediate opening for a Paralegal for our Insurance Defense Practice Group in the Louisville office.
This is a full-time position and we are open to flexible options for successful candidates, including hybrid opportunities.

The ideal candidate must have 5 or more years of experience with Insurance Defense Litigation, as well as State and Federal rules of civil procedures.
Requirements:
Candidate must be able to work independently on pleadings, medical records request and review, medical chronologies, deposition summaries, document review, case management, file organization, investigations, research, e-discovery, and trial support.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required.
Proficiency in document management software (i.
e.
, iManage and Relativity), electronic filing (including CM/ECF) and calendaring software is preferred.
Candidates must have excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
Strong Excel skills are essential.
Paralegal certification is required.
Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
