We are looking to add driven individuals to our team as we grow our 2nd shift production team.
About our Technicians:
Your duties will include operating various areas of production, maintaining a level of efficiency and quality, and collaborating with co-workers to help your team achieve a high level of productivity.
You should be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards, as well as willingness to learn and improve.
We also expect you to be a good team player.
Technician duties:
Operate equipment to produce product that meets production targets Ensure quality standards are met and devices are void of mistakes Maintain up to date knowledge of all production steps to make sure product specifications are met Troubleshoot issues that might occur during the shift Adhere to health and safety regulations Technician requirements:
Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail Ability to complete repetitive tasks and stand for 10 hours Strong teamwork and communication skills High school diploma or equivalent Working at Phase Ortho:
