You will be greeting and soliciting potential attendees of the event, distributing our catalogs and introducing our products and services.
we will get you up to speed on everything you need to know about the specifics of our company/products prior to the event.
Looking for and outgoing and friendly assistant who is sales and customer service minded.
Pay:
$160.
00 per day

Responsibilities:
Prepares for the HPBExpo.
Receives company training before the expo.
Set up BBQ Grill racks and other samples on the 8th of March 2023.
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and exchange business cards appropriately.
Informs visitors by introducing company and products, answering and referring inquiries.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Sets up online conference call with remote product support and sales team.
Summarizes and reports expo daily activities to HQs.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Dismantles Booth, packs and ships out the furniture and stuff if needed, cleans the area, and checks out.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
