Harland Clarke is now hiring 2nd and 3rd Shift Production Associates at our Louisville location.
The pay for this position ranges from $17-$20/hr plus $1.
75/hr shift differential pay for 2nd & 3rd shift positions.
There's also a potential performance salary increase after 90 days.

o Release jobs from the manufacturing system to the machine.
o Gather and load stock necessary for the completion of jobs.
o Produce documents using equipment/machine and perform quality inspection of all work processed.
o Be responsible for all system reports and quality inspection forms deemed pertinent to the operation.
o Perform minor maintenance functions.
Skillso Good organizational, communication and time management skills.
o Must have a strong work ethic while being production and quality conscious.
o Jointly responsible for whole work processes, performing multiple tasks, setting staffing plans and production goals for the current day with other team members.
o Provides information to other team members during shift overlap to improve overall plant performance.
