Qualifications include but not limited to:
Perform key reception functions Answer phone calls, take detailed notes/messages and redirect calls when appropriate greet visitors Process various incoming and outgoing documents.
Sort and distribute incoming mail.
Prepare outgoing mail Performs basic clerical duties Provide administrative support to one or more lawyers organizational skills and punctuality a must responsible for keeping track of needed supplies and advising office manager with a list knowledge of microsoft word and excel a plus Our office offers after 60 days of employment 401K match, health, dental, vision, life short and long term disability, paid time off.
Work hours are Monday-Thursday 8:
00-5:
30 and Fridays 8:
00-12:
