Lively atmosphere Growth opportunities Regional Security Consulting (RSC) is looking for hiring On-Call Independent Contractors - Event Staff for 4th Street Live - Louisville, KY.
Event Staff are to ensure the protection of property and assets by monitoring the environment for signs of danger or irregularities.
As an Event Staff you will help enforce security procedures, inspect the premises, and monitor operations during your events.
Event Staff must possess good decision-making skills, communication, and customer service.
You will also be required to enforce our company's policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our employees and guests.
Approximately 20-40
hours per week.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and patrol areas to ensure safety of the premises.
Monitor checkpoints and operate metal detectors.
Search guest and property to detect prohibited items and contraband.
Conduct ID checks.
Provide excellent customer service.
Handle customer complaints and incidents.
Support the Security/Public Safety Team during large events, concerts, and festivals.
Observe suspicious behavior and report to Public Safety/Security/Police.
Report incidents or potential threats.
Monitor entrance and exit points for suspicious behavior and prevent unauthorized people from entering secure areas.
Report any instances of unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior to supervisors.
Ensure that work areas are kept clean and maintained safely.
Requirements and Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Committed and reliable.
Ability to adapt and overcome to ever changing company and client needs, developments, and landscape.
Prolonged periods standing at a fixed post and/or foot patrols.
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.
Ability to traverse various areas of the facility to conduct inspections security procedures.
