The role will also provide data in support of Defense Health Agency requests for investigative assistance in the form of Lead Requests.
Responsibilities KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide team members with data analytics that provide insights into excessive charges Provide data for Defense Health Agency Lead Requests Collect and analyze multi-faceted data using advanced methodologies and tools Use the data you have generated to develop improvements, assisting in the presentation and implementation of your recommendations and solutions All reports must be performed timely ensuring data governance Any assignments as requested by Payment Integrity leadership Required Qualifications Our Department of Defense Contract requires U.

citizenship for this position Successfully receive interim approval for government security clearance (eQIP - Electronic Questionnaire for Investigation Processing) SQL experience to include pulling information from the EDW and other data tables and building complex data reports Experience with Business Intelligence tool, such as Tableau or Power BI, to include building dashboards, creating complex reports and putting into Excel files with pivot tables, and summarizing data Experience with Excel to include creating pivot tables Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Work at Home Requirements At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership Associates who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office associates with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.
