The Associate Relations Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities The Associate Relations Professional 2 implements policies and procedures, including background check, drug test, and MVR discrepancy reviews.
Researches and responds to candidate, external vendor, and employee questions, concerns, and grievances.
Maintains confidential employee relations records.
Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
Follows established guidelines/procedures while identifying gaps, proposing, and implementing changes necessary to cover risks.
Regularly exercises discretion and judgement in prioritizing requests/workload.
Required Qualifications 3 years previous HR experience 2 years of employee onboarding experience Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving customer experiences Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree HR and/or other related certification(s) Why Humana?
