Summary:
The Patient Engagement Specialist is a core member of the team.
This team member is responsible for supporting the mental health care of patients.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
All other duties may be assigned Support the mental health care of patients.
Assists in facilitating effective patient engagement within our Behavioral Healthcare platform.
Assists in screening patients for depression and increased pain.
Perform wellness calls for patients with PHQ9 over 15.
Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent/emergent situations per protocols.
Assess patients for suicidal ideation and activate proper emergency response when needed.
Maintain patient records confidentially.
Establish and maintain effective working relationship with physicians and staff.
Conduct monthly audits for billing behavioral healthcare services.
Responsible for placement and management of behavioral health referrals.
Creates billing slips for all behavioral healthcare services.
Facilitate bulk invites to the behavioral health platform.

Abilities and Skills:
Highly proficient with computers especially:
EMR Software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Excellent written and spoken communication skills required.
Demonstrates the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in a team setting.
Ability to maintain effective and professional relationships with patient and other members of the care team.
Ability to work with patients by telephone.
Very structured, organized, consistent, pleasant, cheerful, yet professional personality.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
