Our clinicians and technicians provide applied behavior analytic services to individuals of all ages in several different settings with a variety of behavioral health diagnoses.

Casual work attire On-the-job training Company perks Relaxed atmosphere Supportive team Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) provide individuals with quality care by creating and utilizing an individualized treatment plan based on an assessment of behaviors and current research for the reduction of challenging behaviors and acquisition of skills.
BCBAs work with clients directly or with an RBT to implement programs outlined in a treatment plan.
Caregiver training is conducted by a BCBA for natural environment implementation.
It is the responsibility of a BCBA to complete session notes, review/revise treatment plans, ensure correct implementation of programs, and advocate for a client's rights.
Requirements:
Maintain BCBA certification Maintain licensure within the state of Kentucky Maintain auto insurance Possess the ability to lift up to 50 lbs Have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision Completed experience assisting individuals with challenging or dangerous behaviors, skill deficits, and/or learning deficits Obtain and maintain a first aid/CPR certification Pass a background check and drug screen Obtain a negative TB test and re-test annually Maintain compliance with the BACB's ethical compliance code for behavior analysts.

Responsibilities:
Provide services that Include an individualized functional behavior assessment; Include an individualized treatment plan that contains clearly defined behaviors and objectives, measurable goals, focus on skills of acquisition, functionally equivalent replacement behaviors, and behavior reduction; Reflect the use of positive approaches; Utilize least restrictive procedures and prompting hierarchies; Focus on the goals and values of the individual; Include competency-based caregiver training for natural environment implementation; Ensures behavior plan development and changes are evidence-based and with supporting data; Include monitoring as evidenced by detailed progress notes indicating:
The date of the service; Ensures attendance and participation at treatment team meetings; Includes attendance and participation at BIC and/or HRC as warranted; Plan for maintenance; Seek to increase and improve independence, social networks, community integration, and overall quality of life; Keep confidential all information obtained from Walden Behavior Solutions, LLC, and its clients; Advocate for the client's constitutional, statutory, and human rights; and Are respectful, professional, and compassionate.
Develop positive behavior support plans that shall Be designed to equip the recipient to communicate his or her needs and to participate in age-appropriate activities; Prohibit the use of physical restraint, corporal punishment, seclusion, verbal abuse, and any procedure which denies private communication, requisite sleep, shelter, bedding, food, drink, or use of a bathroom facility; Primarily serve to assist the participant in acquiring or maintaining skills for community living and reducing behaviors which interfere with the activities of daily living, social interaction, school/work; and Include the provision of training to other providers concerning the implementation of the behavioral intervention plan.
Preferences:
Knowledge of computer software systems such as Microsoft Word and Excel Work-related and/or personal references Qualified by the BACB to conduct supervision One year of experience supervising practicum students of applied behavior analysis Salary:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
