Work is completed under roof in a manufacturing facility.
Year round, consistent work building customized press boxes and specialty buildings.
Dant Clayton is willing to train limited experienced team members.
Essential Job Duties Framing walls, roofs, floors in steel and wood joist construction Finish work Trim carpentry Drywall Installation Drywall Finishing Installing roof systems Installing siding systems Residential and Commercial construction related tasks
Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or Equal Continuing Education or Certifications in the related field.
Work
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of wood or metal frame construction (both preferred but not required).
Forklift operator experience is a plus Overhead Crane operator is a plus Scaffold system knowledge/experience is a plus Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced, environment.
Ability to read Blue Prints Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Knowledge in wood and metal framing tools Basic safety skills Must be able to keep a safe and organized work environment Communication skills Detail oriented problem solver.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills combined with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
