FIRSTSOURCE is now HiringBusiness Development Executive - BankingResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Executive (BDE) role is accountable for achieving pipeline, sales, and business development efficiency results that meet or exceed assigned targetsThe role includes an individual sales contributor target comprising pipeline qualification and sales achievement, as well as cross-organizational development contributionsIdentifying and engaging on strategic opportunitiesDeveloping new clientsDriving new capabilities into their target accountsExpected to continuously learn and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of banking offerings and services, financial drivers and constraints, and develop and maintain both industry and customer relationshipsWe want a Business Development Executive with these qualificationsA proven, sales professional with C-Level relationships @ the top 100 banks, nonbanks, and credit unionsStrong focus on selling to only net new/prospective clients and transitioning closed clients to existing Account Executives within 30 days of closingCollaborate with internal resources and external network to prioritize and penetrate key accounts; quickly build relationships with key partners to drive businessPrimary focus net new logos / net new client accountsIdentify key decision makers and develop strategic relationships to drive revenueAbility to build credibility quickly with new clients; relationship should be developed at the highest level in and across channels, lines of business, and buying centersConfirmed experience in prospecting and developing new business, by effectively building prospect lists and strong ability to convert prospects to clientsProven experience in closing enterprise-wide complex sales solutions, by structuring innovation, integrated solutions that provide business decision makers value and support in achieving their strategic goalsHigh level of clock speed; ability to comprehend and problem solve by thinking and acting quickly on your feetStrong leadership skills and ability to influence others in the organization with no direct reporting relationshipAbility to articulate a strong value proposition of Firstsource's market leading capabilities at the executive levelDemonstrates presentation/written skills at an executive level; Excellent communicator who is able to formulate, oversee and implement account strategy and articulate the positive financial impact to client organization of partnering with FirstsourceHigh level of patience and integrity which builds dependable relationships both internally with Firstsource teammates and externally with prospective clientsThe workProvide solutions to complex business problems/opportunities requiring in-depth knowledge of client buyer needsExpand our work in new areas of the client's business through new offerings and servicesRespond to RFPs around specific, approved opportunitiesInteract with senior management levels at clients and within Firstsource, determine pursuit strategies, develop client messaging plans and relationships, and apply industry-leading transformation strategies and practicesHave latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignmentsOperate within large teams and direct specific team sales activitiesHere's what you needMinimum 6 years of experience which includes strong sales/relationship management and account management experience in the retail banking and lending industry with top tier global delivery service providersExperience in one of the following:
Consulting Services, Business Process Outsourcing, or Information Technology solutions, services, and markets including knowledge of competitive offeringsKnowledge in Core Retail banking and lending Systems and ProcessesStrong stakeholder management with business stakeholders and subject matter experts, able to create and deliver high-impact communication to senior audiencesMinimum 10 years of experience in direct sales with quota $10M - $20M

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
