In addition to the typical HR Business Partner role, this position will also involve assuming Human Resources Manager responsibilities and overseeing the day-to-day HR operations and initiatives.

We look forward to hearing from you! Essential Duties and Responsibilities Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to senior leadership, providing strategic HR guidance and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that support the overall business objectives.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, and offboarding.
Responsible for developing and implementing salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits packages that are both competitive and equitable.
Oversee relationships with the PEO and other 3rd Party vendors, for benefits, payroll, and Talent Acquisition.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance improvement, career development, and conflict resolution.
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Conduct surveys, analyze data, and recommend strategies to improve the employee experience.
Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations, and proactively address any HR-related risks or issues.
Qualifications Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Ability to analyze HR metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a strategic mindset.
Proactive and adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.
g.
, PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
Significant experience (typically 5
years) in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions such as employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, performance management, and organizational development.
Minimum 3 years' experience recruiting.
Experience in applicant tracking systems.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT) internet searches, and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed) Experience in sales and/or the financial sector a plus.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a deep understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Experience in managing and leading change initiatives within an organization.
Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs.
