Financial Analyst
Under the general supervision of the CFO, compiles and analyzes financial information for the organization.
Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports and presentations.
Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports ensuring financial information has been recorded accurately.
Performs financial forecasting & reconciliation of internal accounts.
Assists with the month-end closing process and reporting.
Key
Responsibilities:
Consolidates and analyzes financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc.
) taking into account the Company's goals and business strategy.
Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management providing creative alternatives and recommendationsto manage costs and improve financial performance.
Develops financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis.
Develops and documents business and accounting processes to maintain a strong internal control environment.
Performs month-end close processes and reporting.
Requirements:
Must have- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting Must have- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in FP&A Must have- Excellent written & verbal communication skills w/experience interacting with C-suite leaders & business line managers Must have- Advanced Excel skills to develop financial models & prepare decision support analytics; working knowledge of Microsoft GP Preferred Real Estate Background experience At HomeServices of Kentucky, our goal is to go above and beyond to deliver an unparalleled experience for our customers.
