Workday Analyst
A client in the Louisville, KY area is looking for a HRIS Analyst to join their organization for a permanent opportunity.
This person will be responsible for troubleshooting operational data needs in their HR application:
Workday, and any future applications that the company will utilize.
This person will be supporting and troubleshooting all internal Workday issues that may arise.
Additionally, the HRIS support will include data entry and maintenance; workflow management and documentation; data auditing (including historical data); research and resolve system related issues; and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet new and existing requirements.
This position will be expected to drive, influence, and partner with HR, IT and our end-users to best leverage the systems and processes currently in place and to drive improvements where necessary.
Minimum Requirements 1-2 years of Workday troubleshooting experience Analytical skillset (understanding of why issues occur) Good Customer Service experience Desired Skills PMP Certification Any Workday Certifications Recommended Skills Analytical Certified Project Management Professional Customer Service Data Entry Human Resources Information System (Hris) Maintenance Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
