86 an hour, and is available immediately!Job Details Louisville, KY Dayshift Monday thru Friday 8am-5pm 40 hours a week This career opportunity is temp with intent to hire.

After successfully completing the required 520 hours, you may be considered for permanent placement with the client company!Job Requirements As a Program Director your responsibilities will include Responsible for the operation & performance of the Opiate Treatment Program (OTP) Tracks and maintains grant deliverables.
Works closely with OTP Medical Director and program sponsor to complete QA/QI activities in a variety of areas including, but not limited to compliance with federal & state rules, laws & regulations; performance improvement initiatives, productivity goals, quality patient care, operational enhancement, and evidence-based practice.
Tracks program milestones for documentation and sharing with the public.
Works closely with counselors via regular supervision meetings to ensure the completion of performance goals Serves as a clinic resource and provides expert input and training as necessary.
Tracks and delegates preparation of various federal, state & local applications, filings, licensure, permits, approvals, etc.
Is an expert on SOTA, SAMHSA, CARF, and DEA requirements for OTPs.
Responsible for ensuring policies and procedures meet requirements of various regulatory bodies.
Maintains patient and employee confidentiality Responsible for creating and maintaining partnerships in the community to encourage continuity of care and make connections.
Participates in community relations, education and development activities Identifies and implements tactical steps to increase and retain census.
Other duties as assigned Serious candidates will have the following experience, skills, or education:
