POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES:
This position is responsible for leading the efforts in collecting, analyzing, verifying, and communicating requirements for approved projects to the business owners and project team members.
Provide oversight for business analysis initiatives and deliverables completed by other members.
Complies with industry/department best practices, processes, procedures, and standard methodologies to ensure all assigned deliverables are high quality and cost effective and meet anticipated and agreed upon results.
Continuously solicits feedback from team members as well as project and assignment team members.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
oMinimum three (3) years information technology experience required.
oMinimum three (3) years' experience in business analysis, systems installation, implementations, development, and/or quality assurance required.
oSuccessful completion of Business Analysis CCBA or CBAP Certification achieved year one and sustained required.
oSuccessful completion of Project Management CAPM or PMP Certification desirable.
oDemonstrated knowledge of Business Analysis Knowledge Areas; basic understanding of system design concepts; knowledge of software usability principles, understanding of testing principles and processes; ability to write and review test cases.
oStrong knowledge of Azure DevOps.
oStrong MS Office skills required, including, but not limited to:
Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND
Responsibilities:
oProvide oversight on multiple medium and large-scale projects simultaneously using appropriate business analysis practices and methodologies to ensure customer needs are met.
oConduct detailed research and review to define requirements and understand the purpose for which the assignment or project was initiated, ensuring the solution meets the need.
oPrepare detailed functional and technical requirements documentation acting as the liaison between the business and technology experts, leads team discussions, directs, and coordinates analysis activities to ensure deliverables are achieved on time and within scope.
oLead in defining a business solution with the business and technical team based on approved business requirements, ensuring a complete understanding of the business problem.
oPossess a high-level understanding of software design; ability to evaluate vendor software packages.
oAbility to estimate solution costs and benefits; create business case for communicating the solution for approval.
oAbility to create an open environment conducive to freely sharing information and ideas.
Experienced in practicing active listening, interviewing, and facilitation and documentation techniques.
oProvide oversight for a comprehensive library of baseline documentation and business rules for assignments and/or projects.
oRun effective meetings; conduct formal and informal presentations; write clear emails and status reports.
oTrack progress of assignments working with business and technical project team members.
Work to resolve issues and ensure progress to agreed deliverables.
oPartner with various internal resources to provide ongoing troubleshooting and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
oManage changes to requirements, facilitates approvals and communicates changes across project teams.
oAbility to utilize appropriate modeling techniques; ability to prototype user interfaces.
oMaintain a working knowledge of compliance requirements affecting your position and area of responsibilities and actively learn new regulations and assist in the implementation, if required.

oTravel between Republic Banking facilities may be required.
oNo out-of-town travel is anticipated but may be required depending on competency and project assignments.
oRequires a flexible work schedule that can be coordinated with other Enterprise Services team members to ensure coverage for project activities.
oFlexible work schedule that will include some evenings and weekends.
oStay abreast of new developments, best practices, and statutory and regulatory changes.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
