ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and manage multiple customer accounts and achieve automation sales goals Manage construction & renovation market for sales opportunities Attend pre-bid meetings & site surveys for estimation details Develop automation project scope, estimate, energy saving ROI, and proposals Maintain CRM tracking MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSTo best meet the needs of our organization and customers, the right person will meet the following
Qualifications:
3-5 years of recent automation sales / support experience preferred Engineering / technical degree or equivalent experience preferred Excellent proficiency in software tools for estimation, proposals, ROI, and CRM preferred Prior knowledge, and utilization, of Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred Knowledge of commercial construction market and bidding processes preferred Knowledge of commercial contractors, facility managers, owners, engineering firms, and general contractors preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and able to interact with all levels of the organization with a positive, engaging, proactive and team-based style Notice to prospective employees:
