Summary:
The candidate will keep track of key performance indicators across different functions as well as monitor compliance with operational policies and the progress of administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze, organize and schedule resources as well as collaborate with account management, sales and operations.
- Ensure implementation activities fall within contractual guidelines.
- Manage, cross functional team members to complete milestones and tasks driven by client and company objectives.
- Monitor and track all phases of activity for assigned project.
- Provide detailed reporting to client, team members and business owners/sponsors.
- Ensure all customer requirements are documented in the accepted solution for implementation.
- Develop Implementation Project Plan to capture all requirements and ensure that the customer deadline can be met.
Will coordinate support for cross functional groups.
- Provide project communications across all business units, products and services.
- Manage customer change requests to ensure that pricing/charges are updated to ensure costs of additional services are accounted for in final pricing agreement with customer.
- Manage project costs within project budget.
- Control completion and rollout of project deliverable within project budget and schedule.
- Assists in rollout of operations documents and collection of project lessons learned.
- Coordinate selection of on-site manager at customer location with HR, Operations and the customer.
Job Requirements:

citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.
S.
Understanding of operations and Warehouse Management Systems logic Microsoft Project skills required.
Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience (similar to the position) is required.
Minimum of 1
year of Project Management experience is required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
