com We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects and teams, while ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
The successful candidate will also be required to develop and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain the safety and security of the site.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the site.
Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Manage the budget for the site.
Train and supervise staff members.
Maintain records of employee performance and attendance.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
