Operations/Maintenance Manager
Avenues Recovery Center is seeking to hire an Operations/Maintenance Manager for our new Detox & Residential Treatment Facility located in Clarksville, IN!We are looking for candidates who enjoy making a real difference in the lives of others.

Primary Focus:
To maintain property and plant and support operational needs in adherence to state regulation and company policy.
Responsible for maintenance, upkeep, repairs, servicing, and general building and maintenance needs at all units.

Property and Plant Maintenance:
Complete daily, weekly, monthly, and annual facility and housing maintenance checklist Responsible for the vehicle maintenance including registration, inspection, condition etc.
Ensure completion and documentation of all items on the monthly property and plant compliance checklist Supervise and log fire drills Assist with technical challenges such as telehealth hookups, Wi-Fi or camera service issues, and equipment maintenance Organize work, therapy, residential and storage areas and furniture needed in all areas Working knowledge of all safety standards and procedures of treatment facility Performs routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures Supervise outside contractors such as gardening, snow removal, appliance repair technicians, plumbers etc.
Oversee custodian services and housekeeping Maintain inventory of equipment, appliances, furniture, and supplies Operational Support:
Assist in administrative errands including but not limited to delivering township paperwork, pharmacy pickups, and urgent errands to support program and operations Maintain active client gym memberships.
Transport clients as needed and oversee afterhours transportation for urgent appointments or scheduled events in conjunction with Executive Director.
Assist in planning and set up for client, staff, and alumni events Monitor safety and security measures and communicate potential security risks to executive director Teamwork and Collaboration:
Perform related duties as assigned by Executive Director.
Ensure all communication is professional, complies with client confidentiality, and respects clients and staff at all times Escalate any operational concerns to executive director Competencies (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
