Hillsdale is seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and accomplished business partner to serve as Director of Product Information Manager.
Reporting to the Digital Manager, this role will be responsible for performing data analysis to assess quality and identify meaningful data.
The role is based in Louisville, Kentucky.

Responsibilities:
1.
Determining business needs and working to meet the needs in the PIM/DAM systems 2.
Managing the brand catalogs and ensuring data accuracy and completion 3.
Intergrating the PIM system with the existing technological ecosystem (e.
g.
, ERP and CRM) 4.
Creating and managing business rules, processes and workflows directly in the PIM system to support standard work and quality improvements 5.
Determining taxonomy, hierarchies, attributes and user privileges 6.
Managing multi-format source files for a single target use 7.
Working closely with product owners, external partners/suppliers and brand and marketing managers to create appropriate models to distribute product in different channels 8.
Sharing business knowledge and understanding among team members and stakeholders 9.
Assisting in designing/defining transformation, outputs and business rules within the PIM system 10.
Providing support, training and education for new users and all functional areas as needed 11.
Defining, measuring and reporting key performance indicators and metrics for product data quality This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Information Manager to join our team.
