Dependable individuals with a keen eye for cleanliness and detail support all of the work that Earlybird's skilled Bakers and Baristas do in making our pastries and drinks.

The cleaner the kitchen stays, the better the food will be.
Hours:
35-40 hours per week, 5 days per week.
Preferred scheduling is for all shifts to be consistent from week to week, same times and days.
Job Requirements:
Able and willing to arrive dependably on time for all shifts.
Able to work at least 40 hours per week consistently.
An enthusiasm for baking, hospitality, and cleanliness.
Able to lift and carry at least 50lbs multiple times each day.
Able to drive a cargo van in rain, wind, and light snow.
Clean driving record for the previous 5 years.
Able to withstand scrubbing and washing dishes while wearing gloves for up to 2 hours at a time.

Accountable for the following:
Maintain the cleanliness of all dishes in the bakery, ensuring they are free of all contaminants after proper washing and left in appropriate areas to dry.
Maintain cleanliness of bakery space by sweeping and mopping as needed throughout the day.
Contribute to the cleaning of bathrooms as needed during shifts.
Unpackage deliveries and store products properly, rotating old and new product to ensure that oldest is always used first.
Deliver pastries, coffee, syrups, and any other ordered products to cafes daily.
While all delivery drivers may also work hours on cleaning crew, not all cleaning crew members need to qualify as drivers.
Run errands such as grocery shopping, equipment purchasing, and misc tasks as needed during shift.
