Neil Huffman Automotive Group is currently searching for an Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk.
Job Title:
Automotive Accounts Receivable/ Payable Clerk Job Duties Include:
Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments.
Pays invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payments.
