DescriptionHumana s Corporate Development team is a high-performing organization that works closely with Humana s senior leaders to help chart the course for the company s future.
ResponsibilitiesThe M&A Analyst 2 identifies, researches, analyzes, makes recommendations and negotiates potential investments, acquisitions, joint ventures and divestitures to support Humana's growth objectives.
Makes recommendations regarding the impact of potential transactions on the organization s profitability.
Conducts appropriate due diligence to ensure the accuracy of information provided by potential acquisition targets.
The M&A Analyst 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, accounting, consulting or corporate finance role Experience building and valuation of financial models Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications Knowledge of general financial and accounting principles Strong work ethic, detail orientation and passion for excellence Must be willing to relocate to Louisville, KY or the DC area/Arlington, VA Preferred Qualifications o Prior healthcare industry experience Additional Information:
This role will be located in Louisville, KY or the DC area/Arlington, VA.
The workstyle will be hybrid office.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
